wolfshirt - no fuzz, no octave

I swear it was working a couple of weeks ago  plugged it in at band practise the other night, no dice. no output at all.
i've reflowed every joint on the board, and now i'm just getting clean signal. the tone and volume controls are working, the gain control, just affect the volume.

been over this thing all day, double, triple checked my values.

replaced all transistors + diodes. no dice. i'm missing something obvious i'm sure:

Q1
C 5.5v
B 0.008v
E 0

Q2
C 4.9v
B 5.5v
E 4.9v

C 7.26v
B 0.8v
E 0.2

C 7.9v
B 0.84v
E 0.2
