Ok so yes it is verified, I dont knoe what the critical voltage is meant to be and I had one solder bridgr yhat I didnt see but still, it dosent work :'(

That's fine, just measure the voltages and tell us what they are. one of the brains here will probably be able to spot if something isn't right
