Modulation for PT2399 delays

Hey guys, quick question. I'm looking for a daughterboard drop in style mod circuit for PT based delays. Any suggestions?

I guess I should have been more specific! ha, I was aware of the MP add on board, i've noticed a lot of the schem's online i've found are similar LFO based circuits. I'm essentially looking for a vero layout of that circuit.
