Catch 22 voltages?

Anybody have voltages from a working one? I think I have a short somewhere, but I wanted to check this too.

I'd invite people who need support on our pcb to aks on our forum, it's the main purpose of it.

Fixed. Having the ic's in the right spots helps....

Did the same thing with the sharkfin.

Pretty dumb.... I fired up my low rider first time no problem.... Which has like 10x the components
