What is the orientation of the tayda insulated stereo jack lugs?

easiest way to figure it out is to plug a cable into the jack and check continuity with your multimeter

+1.  And if they are the ones that have 5 connectors, they are switched, which makes it more important to test with a cable in place.

Btw, you can get stereo Neutrik enclosed jacks from Mouser for almost the same price and they are better quality.  Just FYI.

They are the ones with six lugs, two at each spot. I was just wondering if it was just sleeve ring tip or something wonky.

TRS as usual. Looking down from the plug's perspective, the right and left side pins normal together when unplugged; the right side are connected when plugged. The Neutrik part in the MB library work for them--if it's the ones I got most recently (A-5079).
