I just saw this cheap looper, do you think that can I do some mods, add klon buffer on every loop or change some components (relays)
to make it worth playing?

You certainly could do all of that to the looper, however one buffer in the guitar input (if there isn't one already) would suffice.

It is unclear how the looper switches effects in/out (relay, SSR, FET, etc) so it's hard to say how much tone sucking is going on.  If the device is a tone sucker you may be better off putting your efforts elsewhere.  It's cheap enough to maybe get one and take a look under the hood.

So finally I got this loop station on my hands,
I tested it and it was pretty cool depsite the absence of a buffer.
I was thinking and I want ideas suggestions to update this little loop station.
First thing on my mind is to put an buffer on the input and changing the DPDT switches and the jacks with something more durable if I find anything worthy.
Do you think should I put a buffer on the output or add buffer on each loop?
Also do you think using a switch to activate or deactivate the input buffer?
