Where is this pedal grounded? Am I blind or is not through a ground pad?

ggarms

For the record I'm building the true bypass, not buffered. I'm not seeing a ground on the diagram. Agh she's ready to test otherwise! Halp!

Are you building ver3?  It would be the brown wire that says "ground" which is connected to s2.  Sorry to be a smart ass but it right there on page one  :)

Haha I etched it so I'm doing the single sided version. I see the hole above the 9vis ground but just want to double check.

Oh I see, understandable. Yep, it's the one above +9v. You can tell because it's connected to the ground pour which goes all around the PCB.

Looking forward to seeing your build!  Sunking is a great one.

I'm about to fire it up! I'm three for three this week on first time power on with no problems so so keep your fingers crossed

Always exciting, the moment of truth!

Good and bad news! Powered her up, and she works like  charm, save for a very high pitched  and loud squeal when the tone and gain are cranked. Time to poke!
