Finished this up a while back.  Would have posted it sooner but once I found the sweet spot I just couldn't pull it off the board.  Provides a real clean boost and just a touch of dirt with my Nocaster style Tele and Danelectro 59 U2 but can get mean and nasty with my Strat of Epi Les Paul.

Was poking around on Google and found an image of a T-shirt that somebody did with a very similar arrangement.  Wanted to keep it simple and that seemed an easy way to fill a big white box.

The purple hats are Guitar PCB's pot condoms, Mammoth Electronics sells some in different colors and Small Bear sells a similar product in clear as anti-static covers.  They're real handy if you need to rest the board on top of the pots.

Yes, basic water slide decal.  I usually coat these things with many clear coats but since the paint is already a bit flaky I may wait a while to capture the look.
