possible Cherry Bomb mods?

Hi all,

I will be boxing up a Cherry Bomb soon, primarily for use with bass as an EQ and a fuzzy drive.

Are the input and output caps going to be large enough to ensure the low frequencies aren't cut (with the EQ set flat)?
Would increasing the input cap to 1uF allow more overdrive/fuzz from the circuit itself?
The Black Arts Toneworks Black Forest (based on the Colorsound Overdriver) pedal has a rotary switch to select one of six input caps for varying amounts of drive and bass cut.

Also, does a 10Kc Gain pot allow a lower minimum gain setting than the suggeated 1Kc?

Thanks in advance!

Not sure about the pot (not built this circuit myself), but the input cap switch is cool option, if you wanted to keep the enclosure size small, you could have two toggle switches one for in and on for out, with a few different caps on, do some testing and pick a few you like :)
