Hello oh patient madbeaners.

A couple of days ago, I put together a basic testing rig as described by jkochura. I used it to test a ego driver, and the pedal didn't work. Today I used it to test a treble booster, and it didn't work. So I tried to test my testing rig, by hooking up the "in" and "out" clips, and IT didn't work, or pass the guitar signal at all. I have an audio probe attached to the output jack, and it works fine and passes signal perfectly.

What the heck?

Do you have a schematic of the test rig in question ?

First things first, check visually that the wires effectively go where they should go (especially the jacks).
