Slow Loris or Runt Landgraff mods

Anyone familiar with the mods the landgraff rat has?  I played one recently and loved it (whereas ive never liked a rat too much) Is it just the switching diodes or maybe a NOS opamp, or are there circuit mods?  My buddy has one so I could look into it if noone has info and there's some interest
