how do i wire this little guy ?

this little 9v dc jak, i can't seem to know the orientation for this one, which is +9v dc, which is +9v bat and which is ground.

i tried checking with a meter, but the circuit doesn't work, doesn't receive a 9v, so i guess it has something to do with the jack.

any help would be appericiated.

whoops silly me, forgot to provide a link

the closest one to the jack is +9v
the one on the right is +battery
and the furthest is ground

did some experimenting, had some time today.
