replace MN3006 with MN3007 ?

...hey guys...got a busted Guyatone flanger ps-004 way years ago...i think the bbd MN3006 is fried due to accidental use of higher voltage..18v...can i just replace the MN3006 with MN3007  ...i understand it has the same pin assignments but of different signal time delays, ...then recalibrate the trimmer bias...would it come alive?....tnx guys in advance...

Yeah you can drop it in without issue, you'll end up with more of a chorus though and possibly some clock whine depending on the filtering... that's quite a big jump in delay time.

Might need to adjust the clock cap afterwards to get it sounding useable.

Thinking about it though, although the absolute max voltage rating of the 300X series is 15V I do know of people using them briefly at 18V (although i'd never suggest it) so it might not be the culprit.

Post some voltages and a schematic up.
