Less bass on green russian mudbunny?

Hi
I recently made a mudbunny to green russian specs and I really like the pedal but it can be a bit dark or bass heavy for my taste. Without totally changing it to rams head or triangle specs is there a component or two that I can change to lower the bass?  I was comparing components of the various versions and I'd rather not swap out half of the stuff on the board if I can avoid it since desoldering can be such a headache.  I suppose that I could just crank the tone control but I'm not crazy about the overall sound when it is almost fully cranked.
Any tips?
Thanks very much!

Try reducing the first one or two caps. These are the input cap and the one by Q1--This will cut bass. Good luck

Try playing around with the Duncan Tone Stack Calculator.  It has a Big Muff tone stack in it that you can tweak and analyze very effectively.

This is all great info. I think the annotated schematic will definitely come in handy.  Thanks very much!  I appreciate the help
