So, here it goes:

First off I´ve drawn the PCB layout for the Gargletron with a blend addition and now I´m thining I wanna have the "gargle" in optical form for some sort of realtime action I´m working on.  So I was wondering what could be a good combination of resistor(s) and LDR to get as close to the 10K pot action? And how to make the connections? If anyone had in their heart to throw around ideas or maybe a schematic to go with? I understand it´s not rocket science and I´ve read some articles on the matter but didn´t quite get a hold of it.

Then the optical wah question:

The RV1 (5K to 10K) Drives the LED? And by rollign that pot is what makes the wah effect? of the resistance of the pot is 0, is the LED at it´s brightest or the other way around? If so I´d be getting rid of the pot. Haha. And is the SW2 in the upper right corner a power switch to use when battery is connected?

Here´s the link to the complete article on the wah: http://members.shaw.ca/roma/wah.html

Thanks for advance!
