Hipster availability?

Are the availabilty dates on the Projects definite? Or are they filtering through?
Am looking to get hold of a Hipster in the UK asap .

Also, can someone outline the main differences between the Hipster and the Mangler?
It seems that the Mangler is centre positive whilst the Hipster is centre negative? Much tonal differences?
