Line 6 DL-4 looper replacement

Specific requirement - I have an Line 6 DL-4 on my board right now for the sole purpose of having the loop and half time (double pitch) playback functionality. Does anyone know of another pedal, which must be smaller and preferably run on 9v or 12v DC which can do this function?

Specifically, I set the line6 to record in double time mode, then playback with the double time switched off, and it pitch shifts everything and plays it back twice as fast. Those that have tried this will know what I mean.

Ehx memory man with Hazarai I believe does this the double time thing, although fairly limited maybe as an actual looper.

Boss makes a lot of loopers, the RC-3 is the smallest I've seen around and is battery operated. Not sure if it specifically does what you describe, but you can download the user manual and check it out....
