Envirotex Question

Has anyone every drilled the led hole, plugged it and poured the etex...then place the led "under" the envirotex without drilling?  Seems like that might be pretty cool.

I drill the LED hole then put the decal over and don't cut it out. Envirotex on top of that. Then file the top of the LED flat and just shine it through the decal. Stealth LEDs!
