Not too sure about the jacket part, but the lights respond nicely.  I see that as an automated stage light show.  Needs to be super sized of course.

Dang, I could see using that setup to do a light show. Then you wouldn't have to worry about a lighting engineer falling asleep or going out for coffee in the middle of a gig.
