TS808HW switch wiring?

So I found a tagboard layout for the TS808HW and thought I'd give it a try.  I think I have all of the values figured out but I'm not sure about the wiring for the footswitch.  Anyone able to help out?

should be the same as any other pedal, check out madbean's general guide here. only difference is this has the LED on board, you'll only need to hook up the switch.
