pedal adaptor for pedals in the fx loop

Hi everyone and Madbean. today i was in love with my new mesa half stack. i would really like to stick a delay in the fx loop, so i was thinking about a Boss Giga delay or something similar.
then i started to wonder, can "we" design a delay unit/pedal adaptor which can operate at line level?
the magnitude of the signal is very different, i know. but can "we" do it?
that would be awesome, for phasers, chorus and univibe too.

Certainly it can be done. Are you sure the Mesa has a line level effects loop?

Time based effects should be fine with a line level loop  It's when you get into overdrives and distortions that problems arise.
