Cosmpolitan - Millenium Bypass okay?

Hi all,

I'm near the end on my Cosmopolitan build. Would the DPDT/Millenium Bypass setup work alright with this circuit? I don't know enough about different wiring schemes or schematics to be able to tell if the Cosmo circuit has any input grounding considerations.
