I'd be happy to help with PCB design in the future.  I crank two sided boards pretty regularly.

I've actually got a DPDT optical bypass in the works (ala voodoo labs style).  The pcb is verified and can even fit in a 1590A, just looking for a way to make it competitive price wise to a millennium bypass board setup.  It uses the small alpha DPDT like rapid and small bear sells.
