Ruby Amp in a Rockstar drink can

Hey everyone.

So I'm trying to put a rog ruby inside a rockstar drink can for my 7yr old kid.
The darn can is so flimsy that I realize I need to fill it with something to give it some stability (current thinking is the expanding foam goop you use to fill cracks in your house).

I want the pots and the jacks inside the can... with the foamy goop.

So here's the question... anyone know of "sealed" 1/4" jacks and pots?   so I could place them in the can prior to filling with the foam?

Wouldn't it be easier to reinforce the can on the inside with something like a thin layer of plaster or epoxy resin? that way the guts stay accessible. Even a few layers of cardboard glued to the inside would work, I guess.

Oh.. darn.. that's a great idea.  Wish I would have made that leap in my head about just coating the inside.

Easy enough to try!

Thanks
