"The tone knob is unique in the fact that it starts flat when turned all the way back. As you roll the knob up to 12 o'clock the bass content is reduced. After 12 o'clock, the treble content is reduced."

Just wondering how this tone cut is done. I know how to do a cap blend that's flat at noon, but flat when it's ccw is new to me. And it's also a little weird that it stops cutting bass. Or am I maybe misunderstanding this, and it's indicating that it reduces bass, and then *also* reduces treble.

I'd like to give this sort of stack a go in an overdrive.

p.s. Off topic, but Skreddy's links page is epic. http://skreddypedals.com/music_gear.htm

Sounds vaguely like the old Fender TBX tone knob.  Also sounds like Mad Professor may have ditched that control for something simpler (BMP tone?) when they translated the BJF Pine Green Compressor into the MP Forest Green Compressor.

Also consider how much of that description may be Marketing.
