I finally getting this thing working after a few months of wondering what could be wrong. Ended up just being bad ICs, simple enough problem to fix. Also had to add a pulldown resistor on the output to kill the pop. Not a problem at all now though.  







This delay sounds amazing. The repeats have a great tone, and don't become overwhelming. I love the number of repeats it has as well, doesn't hit oscillation until the last 10% of the rotation. This thing might kick the MXR Carbon Copy off my board!
I got the enclosure from Mammoth Electronics. It's actually the best color I've gotten from them yet. Definitely more sparkly than expected, as the others they have were pretty dull. Really recommend this color if you are considering one from them. Of course it's hard to show really well, but it looks great in person.

That looks stunning! beautiful choice of knobs to go with a great looking enclosure. I've also built one of these and had to add the pull down resistor. Awesome sounding delay.
