I am making a couple green beans for friends and wanted to make them to TS808 or TS9 specs. I think it is as simple as making the changes back to the parts Brian changed - is this correct? The build doc shows the following:

From the build doc:
Changes to the Green Bean schematic from the original Tube Screamer circuit
Removed flip flop bypass circuitry for true bypass operation
Added R1 as a pulldown resistor I was going to leave this one
R3, R13 – 470k changed from 510k
C2, C8 changed from bipolar to film
C3 – 100pF changed from 51pF
R7 – 47k changed from 51k
C10 – 1uF film changed from 10uF tantalum
Q1, Q2 – 2n5088 changed from 2SC1815

Thanks!

All of those changes are meant to make your life easier, not change the sound. In fact, if you're building two, you could try making one each way and then see if you can tell which is which.

I would leave it as is. This parts and values won't make as big a difference as you might think.

A bunch of the parts Brian changed are to make them common values. 51pf, for instance, is not exactly a common cap size. You're likely to have a bunch of 470K resistors aournd, but 510K is much less useful. 2N5088s are used in a ton of pedals - 2SC1815 I can't even think of a non-tubescreamer pedal it's used in.

Thanks - sounds like I will stick with the BOM as-is.
