sound goes through the pedal when not engaged, but, all Im getting is a low hiss out of it. nothing is grounding, all the pots are wired right as I can hear the gain going up and down and well as the overall volume, and the the bass treble mid and presence are all doing what they should, just no guitar sound traveling through just a weird hiss. When I bias the trimpots, its making a crackling sound and you can hear the transistors changing sound as well so all of the trimpots are doing what they should. Any ideas? Reflowed the board, I used a few parts close to the listed values due to not having the exact ones on hand but I have done this before with no problems? Going to try different transistors but I dont think that is the problem.

Have you double checked your cables are connected correctly?

What steps have you taken so far for debugging? I would suspect that you've either got a problem with the wiring between your input and the board or that you have a problem somewhere in the input stages of your circuit.

Nah its wired right, Ive made a bunch of pedals. It was oddly a bad trimpot.
