all my pots are working in reverse (???)

I just boxed up my 2nd Sunking--about to do a Build Report--but noticed all three pots are reacting the opposite of how you'd expect...gain goes up when turned counter-clockwise--volume as well, etc

Did I mix up lugs 3 and 1??
