I just had to post my days work cause I'm just as proud of myself as I am chocked that it actually "kinda" works
Problem right now is that the Gain-knob only gives me distortion when I turn it to max, and right about then it all so makes a hi-pitch whine... which changes in pitch when I turn the Trebble-knob but I will give it some more attention tomorrow. Been working on it from scratch all day so I'm pretty sick of it now. And it's time for bed here in Sweden.

Man, that is beautiful! I just scored some old turret boards and tagboards. Can't wait to try them.
Did you make your own board?

Yes, I made the board myself, the turrets are pressfitted which took some time but the bigest issue was cutting the board, man this stuff was tough!
