Another amp/headphone question. Will this work?

So I've been doing some research, and the Weber Mini mass headphone out apparently sounds crappy. I was thinking this, then:

Amp -> Weber Mini Mass-> Line out from Mini Mass to Speaker emulator -> Headphone amp->Headphones. Will this work?

potentially. I imagine there's a better solution available, but it's worth trying out if you already have a 'mini mass.'

Can't think of any other solution, to be honest. In order to run tube amp silently, I need to have a speaker load. Running raw out of a tube amp, you would need some sort of speaker cab sim...at least that's what I think I learned. All this stuff is still very new to me

At max attenuation it will sound really muddy, though.  Mine starts to get the "wet blanket" sound right around the half way point.
