ProtoRig Issue

Hey, Brian!

I just recently purchased the ProtoRig from you, but it appears that the audio probe has an issue. When I removed the threaded collar from the probe tip, there is no hole or any method that I can see of pushing the connector wire lead through from the plastic handle end (see photo). Am I missing something stupidly obvious? Everything else assembled and works perfectly. Thanks in advance for any reply.

That is a fluke. There should be a small hole between the threads and the larger collar attached to the plastic tube. I got the last batch from a different supplier and verified the hole was there. But, I only checked one. I guess I better check them all in the future!

Anyway, if you have a small enough bit you might be able to drill a hole there. But, it could be difficult. If you are in the States I can send you a replacement. If overseas, we'll need to figure something out. Just PM me and we'll get it sorted. Sorry about the hassle.
