ROG Uno project - turning up pots causes tremolo

Howdy Folks! I'm working on an ROG Uno from the schematic. It works, but when I turn up the bass or mid pot there's a strange tremolo effect. I am double checking the solder and components, but I don't know what I'm looking for with this particular problem.

Any advice oh etching wonders?

OK, well I think I cleared it up by re-flowing,...!
