NPN vs PNP with battery?

Hello guys, is there any difference in the way a pedal reacts with others (like a fuzz with a wah) between an NPN based fuzz verses a PNP using a battery or a roadrage for power?

I can't see that making much of a difference. Whether your fuzz is PNP or NPN should not have an impact on stacking it with another pedal. The only thing that matters is input and output impedance of the two effects you are stacking. A PNP and NPN version of the same fuzz should have comparable values of each.
