Gravity Wave (Output Sound problem)

Hello and thanks in advance for the help,

My problem is that the output sound of my gravity wave is like 2 seperate signals
playing at the same time:
1 of my clean guitar sound and 1 resembling a modulating sin wave.
It seems like the effect doesn't apply on the incoming signal?
I am not an expert on electronics so i am out of thoughts on how to solve.

It's me again. Voltage on Depth pot is 0 at all legs. Could this be the problem or is it normal?
