Ok, so I built up one board. I've poked around on the internet but I'm unable to get satisfied with what I'm reading.

Anyone know the best way to calibrate this one? I can guess what knobs need to be at what position before tweaking the trimmers but I thought I'd ask first as it could save me a lot of time.
