insulation "tubing" for transistor leads

Looking at the guts of some vintage Tonebender clones out there, I see the leads are insulated by colorful tubing that doesn't look like heatshrink tubing, or like the insultion stripped from regular hookup wire.  Anybody know what this stuff is called, and where I could find some?

I have used heat shrink in the past, but the non-shrinking stuff is called sleeving.

I think it also goes by Spaghetti tubing.  Its used a lot in amp building too (think like Soldano amps).

I use bits of the insulation of stranded wire. Works pretty well and I get to recycle those bits of wire too short for other applications (the insulation at least).
