Please DELETE PNP pedal power supply wiring; Mosrite Fuzzrite schematic

I'm working on a Mosrite Fuzzrite build and i'm having difficulty interpreting the PNP power supply from the schematic. See attached. Where it says " Vee -9V", i'm assuming this is the negative power lead for the PNP collector? So does this mean that I tie all of the grounds to the positive of my power supply?
