Is it a neg center or positive? I have a power supply with a polarity reversal cable, would that work?

It's center negative. No need for polarity reversal.

Some older fuzzed (60s) are positive grounded, but most modern designs fixed that. If you buy a vintage fuzz face you would need to consider it, but not in this case.
