how do I wire this jack? Low profile, stereo...

thanks in advance... I'm not using a battery.  I should have ordered the mono, but i got of these...
where's the sleeve, tip, ring?

You only need it to be wired mono? The way I wire these is by connecting each top lug with each bottom lug with a piece of clipping. Then by using your picture as the basis the ground goes to the left lug combo (nearest to the jack entrance) and signal goes to the right lug combo. You want stereo you can use the middle lug combo.

The reason I connect each set of lugs is that these jacks are switched. As long as no jack is inserted they're both connected, but when a jack gets inserted that connection gets lost. And you might end up with no signal at all when you insert a jack. Another thing you have to keep in mind is that they're isolated. Regular metal jacks always make a ground connection through contact with the enclosure. These won't so you have to supply grounding from another source.
