No shop space for 6 months- Bias my total recall? $$ or parts

I finished successfully building a total recall (all voltages are correct and getting delayed signal) but I did not finish biasing it before i had to pack up and move!  Would anyone out there be willing to bias my completed total recall for me?  I can pay cash (over paypal) or send some parts or populated boards- I have a ton of parts including low profile nichicon audio grade electrolytics- lots of pots- including 9mm and board mounted.  Random IC's- a belton module- tons of caps and resistors- just about anything you could want- or just straight cash.  I wont move to a spot where I have shop space for a good 6 months and I'd really like to get this total recall on my board before then!  I've already put so much work into it just being super excited about having a memory man again- i even sold my DOD analog delay already. 

Help a brother out so I dont have to go buy a vintage DMM!

I should note that the board is fully and correctly populated (well as far as i know) all the voltages check out.  I get delay signal out of it.  I spent an hour biasing with an audio probe and got delay repeats but I didnt get that close to a good sounding bias.  I wasnt aware of the new bias instructions that were posted here so that may have been a problem. 

I have money and parts to trade- I have  a load of parts to trade that would probably help someone out just saving on shipping costs alone- lots of 'weird' parts - ICs, weird transistors and FETS (OH MY), tons of pots, resistors and caps- audio grade electrolytics, wire, high voltage amp parts, I could pay cash or give you way more (in value) in parts- or a mix of both!  whatever you want!
