I hear you on the basement bathroom reno. Never again will I use a diamond saw to cut concrete in an enclosed space...that was an experience.

I have the fencepost on the bench now as my first etched board build. I also have my eye on the boneyard. From reading around, it seems these projects have been build plenty of times, but its a lot of vero builds and I cant recall if I came across a verified etched layout build yet.
