Very impressive!  I love the way that opto PCB fits in there with the cutout for the jacks.  Are those for sale anywhere or are they yours?

All part of the masterplan... 

But yeah, the main idea for the redesign was to get it even smaller, to clear the jacks and to work better in multis (gimmie a week and I should have one done using the new board).
