Say I had the DLY + Multi On, would this switch system work so it would place the Multi before the DLY, is it ven the right sort of switch or can someone think of a better way of doing it

I have a multi fx (Zoom G5) and I could do with knowing a way that when I am using modulating effects I can use it in my effects loop but then if i want to use an overdrive from it i need to flip it so its not in the loop but in my main chain.
Also I wish to use my own separate effects-eg. overdrives/distortion and then a delay/reverb from the G5 or vise versa. Some sort of custom switching that will bring it between fx loop and normal. Sorry I find it hard to explain what i mean.
