Noisy PT2399s?

I've been struggling getting repeats to sound good on a couple of Dirtbaby's and a Zero Point Mini. I managed to record a sample from my Zero Point Mini tonight. 

I'm curious if this sounds the same as those of you who are also having noise issues with PT2399 builds.

Mix is on high, Feedback down and Modulation off.

Recording is neck pickup, effect bypassed, then slapback, delay 1/2 up, then almost full, then full delay. 

I have 5 PT2399s from Tayda and 10 from Nooelec. All sound just about the same. I'm still waiting on a couple I just purchased from mklec.

It's got to be the PTs as I have 2 Dirtbaby's and 1 Zero Point mini all having this same noise issue.
