Name that effect! Sleater Kinney Bury Our Friends

Hey all

I've been getting into the new Sleater Kinney Track Bury Out Friends and wondered if anyone could identify the effect/s used on the guitar in the intro. I just can't put my finger on the sound.

Plus some king of fast tremelo and a third or fifth up harmoniser, similar to the solo on 'Owner of a Lonely Heart'

Yeah definitely something like an EHX HOG on the intro at least

It sounds like something you could do with a Clari(not).

It involves some slap-back echo and pitch bending. Look at min 1:20 or 2:50
