Zero Point Micro 2 Buzz

Hey Guys

Just finishing up the board on a ZPM2 and I'm having an issue with the power.  As soon as I connect the +9v lead from my dc jack to the board, it starts humming like crazy.  Tried using power from an external test rig as well as a battery, same problem.

Any idea what the cause could be?  Attached a 2mb video from iphone just to give a better idea

Seems to be a grounding issue. Are all the grounds connected together properly?
