Hey all

I recently bought some 680r resistor from eBay. They arrived today and they are pink in colour. Just wondering if this denotes anything in particular and if they will cause me any problems if used in a circuit with other 'normal'  blue or tan resistors?

Thanks guys.

If the resistance checks out ok...use them ;)

Unless...of course...you don't dig pink :)

Cheers gents! I dig pink. Maybe I'll do an all pink build one day if I can get the parts!

I have a bunch of metal film pinks in various wattages bought from Digikey, Yageo brand. The 1w's are the size of your typical 1/4w.

If my photos are missing again... they're hosted by photobucket... and as of 06/2017 being held hostage... to be continued?
