loophole is driving me insane question

Hi guys.....need some help on my loophole. I'm revisiting it after a 6 month break. Had it working.....boxed it then blew a few 78l05s and realized my pinout was backwards so I unboxed it......anyways....got the pinout right......now I get no record led. Switch seems fine. I don'tknow what to do next. it's frustrating.  Anyone wanna help?

The hell with it.....I'll buy a new one from haberdasher and start over.
