Double Flush Effects

Hey Guys,

Recently built a double flush tremolo and after some initial testing, I've run into some issues.  The bypass works fine, and when the pedal is switched on the LED lights up, but won't pass any signal.  However, you can hear the LFO working, and as you can hear in the audio clip attached it still seems to obey all pot parameters (level, depth, etc).  Just no guitar signal.  Anyone have any idea what it could be?
